Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without prior notification, will incur a cancellation fee.

Fees & Payment
Fees are payable at the time of consultation unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept a range of payment methods.
Medicare rebates may be available with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP. Please check your eligibility before your first appointment.
